Steve Cohen wonders if RSS and email belong together after hearing about Bloomba (which we just downloaded), a slick new email client with RSS built in.
According to this press release, Bloomba, a new e-mail/search client has RSS integration:
"Bloomba is the only email client on the market with a built-in Real Simple Syndication (RSS) feature which enables users to have XML-based headlines and news from popular sources delivered directly into their email client. This feature provides users with all the benefits of a news delivery service without filling their inbox with messages or giving out their email addresses to spammers."
Doesn't Newsgator to the same type of thing even though it is an add-on?
Also, I'm still not convinced that RSS and e-mail go together…if anything I would want it the other way around, to get my POP3 e-mail in my aggregator…
