I met with the CEO of Opera on a speaking gig in Norway and loved the company and their light, feaure-rich browswer. I told two or three major CEOs here in the US to buy them, but it never happened.
Anyway, I just found out their new browser supports RSS feeds—that's a first right? I'm going to download it tonight and play with it.

Opera is awesome!!! It has so many features and lets me browse, chat, RSS newsfeed read, newsgroup read, and email very securely and enjoyably.
It is the most addictive software I've come across for the Internet.

5. Err... It's NOT the only non-IE-core browser. Maybe firefox wasn't out before you made those comments (can't remember), but Netscape and Mozilla were certainly still around. Their core has nothing to do with IE at all! I'm sure there's a few others around that don't rely on IE to render the basic page too.
