A new beta version of the Opera browser features more prominent placement of the RSS tagging and sorting engine, and enables bookamrking of RSS feeds in both browser and e-mail panes. Opera is riding on Firefox's coattails and consumers grow dissatisfied with Microsoft's unchanging, insecure, and outdated Internet Explorer, but Opera's price tag makes it a tough sell to those accustomed to free-of-charge Web browsing. (Opera offers an ad-supported free version.)
