An update at FeedPlex adds an Advanced Search page with several unusual and uniquely useful options. For one, you can search by keyword density; doing so yields results in which your keyword(s) appear a minimum number of times on the page. The filter applies to all keywords—it cannot be applied selectively—so obviously works best with single words or phrases. FeedPlex lives up to its name by allowing XML searches separate from Web searches. It would be useful to links XML search results not only to an XML display, as the engine currently does, but also link to a readable display of the feed. [via SEW]
