An Indian blog network called Instablogs is set to launch on October 5 with 50 blogs staffed, reportedly, by full-time writers. Sensibly, Amit Argawal wonders where the funding is. No word on topics, but the introductory post claims that Instablogs will be a news/opinion venture. I notice it runs its comments in reverse chronological order, backwards from the traditional manner, and on a separate page that doesn't contain the entry.

1. I love the blogs that come from exotic nations that predominately communicate in English when trying to reach a larger audience. God knows I do not speak Hindi so it is nice that they are so proficient at English, because they have important things to say.
